While video fansign events allows fans to have the experience of a lifetime and meet their favorite idols, there are also some drawbacks to the process.
Recently, netizens have discussed the instances when fan call winners use their opportunity to say inappropriate or disrespectful things to the artist. In a new fan call, Stray Kids‘ Felix was asked to behave like a cat.
Fan: “I missed you so much, what did you do when I was not at home?”
Felix: “Meow.”
Can you come closer to the camera? Show me your paws.
— Fan
Felix was asked to reply by saying “Meow” and show his “paws.” Many fans have commented that Felix’s expressions looked uncomfortable as he participated.
This fancall continues the debate on the line between harmless, silly fanservice and inappropriate requests from fans.
This is not the first time Felix has been involved in a video that leaves netizens questioning the intent of the fan. Previously, a fan has taken their fan call opportunity to tell him he is not their bias. Another time, a fan has referred to themselves as his “dessert.”
FELIX WAS TREATED DISRESPECTFULLY IN A FANCALL TODAY
A "STAY" was rude to Felix then laughed on his face

What did i just see…used your fancalls moment to ask idol to do animal and act only like an animal it’s weird. Tf is this ? They’re human, ask human question, don’t treat them like an animal just because you think that they’re cute or look like a kitty. pic.twitter.com/bm8yJawnGv
